Consult
We connect for a 30-60 minute call. Be ready to talk about what you already have for assets and liabilities. Then we talk about what you want to have – your goals, your dreams, your plans for the life you want to live.
Design
Once we have some clarity about your current picture and your future dreams, we design a manageable plan and start investing in Real Estate and Insurance Industry products. This is started with your money and it stays your money. My fees are part of the initial setup and are only paid when you start saving.
Implement / Review
Once things are rolling and you get a feel for your progress, we’ll make sure you understand how it’s working. We’ll also make sure you know how to access your equity when the time comes.
